How do I reset my password?

Open the app, tap "Sign In", then tap "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit reset code.

Do I need to enter a birth date?

No. Birth details are optional. You can complete onboarding without them. If you add them, daily prompts are reworded to fit your voice. Add or remove any time from Profile → Edit Profile.

What's the "About you" note?

Insights → Personal Profile has an "About you" card. Write a few lines in your own words and Open Ink weaves it into every prompt and reflection alongside your quiz results.

How do I delete my account?

Profile tab → tap the edit (pencil) icon → tap the gear icon → select "Delete Account". Type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all entries.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Open Ink and tap it to manage or cancel.
