How do I reset my password?
Open the app, tap "Sign In", then tap "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit reset code. Enter the code along with your new password to complete the reset.
What is a birth chart?
A birth chart (also called a natal chart) is a map of where the planets were at the exact moment and location you were born. It includes your Sun sign, Moon sign, Rising sign, and the positions of all major planets across the 12 astrological houses.
Why does Astra need my birth time?
Your birth time determines your Rising sign and the planetary house positions. Without it, key parts of your chart cannot be calculated. You can use 12:00 PM as an approximation if your exact time is unknown.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Astra Guide and tap it to manage or cancel.
My horoscope doesn't seem right. What should I check?
Make sure your birth date, time, city, and timezone are entered correctly in your profile. Tap the Profile tab → edit your birth details to update them.
What is Lyra?
Lyra is Astra's AI astrology guide, tuned to your personal birth chart. Ask about love, career, timing, or your deeper purpose. Free users get a limited number of messages; Pro subscribers get daily messages.
What is Astrocartography?
Astrocartography maps planetary lines across the globe, showing which locations are activated by specific planets in your birth chart — for love, career, creativity, or spiritual growth.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile tab → tap the edit icon → tap the gear icon → select "Delete Account". Type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
I purchased a subscription but the app still shows free features.
Try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, contact us at support@astraguide.io with your Apple ID email and purchase date.
